Two way Sync
What are Two-Way Syncs?
- Two-way syncs ensure that changes made in either Disbug or your integrated platform are reflected in both locations automatically.
- This eliminates the need for manual updates and reduces the risk of inconsistencies between your Disbug data and other tools.
Benefits of Two-Way Syncs
- Improved Efficiency: Saves time and effort by eliminating manual data entry and updates.
- Enhanced Accuracy: Reduces the risk of errors by keeping information consistent across platforms.
- Streamlined Collaboration: Facilitates teamwork by ensuring everyone has access to the latest information.
How Does Two-Way Sync Work?
- Initiate Integration: You establish a connection between Disbug and your chosen platform (e.g., Jira Cloud, Monday.com).
- Automatic Updates: Whenever changes are made in either Disbug or the integrated platform, they are automatically reflected in the other location based on your defined settings.
Here are some examples of how two-way syncs might be used:
- Issues: When a bug is reported in Disbug, a corresponding issue is automatically created in your project management tool (e.g., Jira Cloud). Updates made to the issue in either platform (e.g., status changes, name) are automatically reflected in both locations.
- Tasks: Tasks created in your project management tool can be synced to Disbug, providing additional context for bug reporting and facilitating communication between developers and other team members.
